St. Vrain Trail Reroute

Event Description:

This is a two day project together with Wildlands Restoration Volunteers (WRV) to move a portion of the South St. Vrain Trail out of the wilderness area and into a more sustainable alignment. The finishing of the trail this year will result in the opening of the trail to mountain bikes while restoring the old alignment and protecting the riparian corridor from further damage.

You may volunteer for one or two days. Camping facilities and meals will also be available. There's additional project description at the WRV site (www.wlrv.org).

This project is almost full. We have a few slots open for BMA volunteers. Sign-up above if you want to help out.
