In anticipation of the City's review of the West Trail Study Area (TSA), BMA has released a report calling for better access to trails in Boulder’s mountain backdrop. Bikes were restricted in Open Space and Mountain Parks land west of Broadway in 1983 and completely banned in 1987. The October 1 kickoff of the West TSA review begins a process that could change the situation. learn more...
BMA and Boulder Parks and Rec will develop a network of singletrack mountain bike trails, a permanent cyclocross course, kids riding area, pump track, dirt jumps, bmx and other facilities to suit the beginner to Olympic caliber athlete.
